Legal Operations Specialist
LegalWe put a lot of effort into making our colleagues’ work easier and more efficient. We’re currently looking for a Legal Operations Specialist who will help optimize and automate internal processes across Legal and Finance teams.
Right now, there’s a mix of fragmented processes and semi-automated solutions that need to be taken over, their logic restored, and brought to a stable, clear, and maintainable state.
The role will involve building structure in processes, establishing a clear interaction framework between stakeholders and developers, and reducing dependency on individual knowledge holders.
What you'll be doing:
- improve and automate processes in Legal and Finance (Jira, Apps Script, Slack bots and automations);
- own delivery: define tasks for developers (including outsourcing) and ensure execution;
- build low-code / no-code automations by yourself;
- maintain documentation, create user guides, and leave clear project artifacts;
- work closely with stakeholders, document agreements, and escalate risks when needed.
What we expect from you:
- experience improving internal processes in operations, legal, finance, or other back-office functions;
- experience leading process automation projects from scratch;
- proactivity — you don’t just wait for detailed specs, but run your own discovery to identify improvement opportunities;
- stakeholder management skills: gathering requirements across teams and driving them to release;
- strong interest in AI and process automation, with a habit of exploring new tools and approaches;
- comfort working in imperfect, sometimes chaotic environments, with a drive to structure them.
Nice to have:
- experience with Jira;
- experience with low-code / no-code tools;
- product skills (requirements gathering, working with design, UX testing).
How we work:
- work from anywhere in the world: no location restrictions, salary paid in USD, travel-loving culture;
- no bureaucracy: efficient processes, horizontal and open communication, quick idea discussion and decision-making;
- benefits compensation: private medical insurance, psychotherapy or language courses, sports activities, and sick leave.
